Just though yall would want to know how they are doing. I was able to cut the peice Shirley sent into 4 sections and log them all since they were soooo large. And wallaaaaa they are all showing signs of new growth.........yipeeeeee..........
I am keeping my fingers, toes and anything else that will cross crossed........

Here are the other ones you can't see the growth on the others as well but the all show signs of growth and I am just thirlled they are doing this well so soon.

Not gonna jinx it.........but I do think they are doing wonderful.
I do hope you are right I would love to have a contest and pass it on like you did.

I have three of the bigger logs in water from the bottom of the cuttings and they aren't doing nearly as well. I may have to switch over. LOL! I just don't have room.
