Need holiday wreath type bread recipe

This starts with a yeast dough like you would use for cinnamon rolls, then when you roll it out you put fruitcake fruit and other kinds of dried fruit on it along with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, and roll it up, tuck the ends together and cut part way through it and turn that cut part so the goodies inside show, let rise, bake it and drizzle powdered sugar icing on it. So, anybody got a recipe for this? and somebody please tell me what it is called.
