Wanted: Iochroma

Stockton, CA(Zone 9a)

Does anyone have any Iochroma that they would be willing to trade with me? I have the dark purple already & would really like the other colors too. There is a lovely pinkish plum that I have been yearning for.
I have some rooted cuttings of Thunbergia. 3 varieties. Togoensis, grandiflora & alba.
Please email me if you are interested.
Thanks

I love this one, but do not have any!!!

Judy

I was going to post a plea for Iochroma too but given the response to yours, Donna I shall refrain LOL.

What Thunbergia species do you have? I am wanting to root T. fragrans taken from my plants but am afraid to cut the plant without knowledge on how to root them.

I posted this same plea last year, with limited results :-( Although I do have an offer for some cuttings this Spring.
I was given a link to a nursery 'selling' them. I have yet to order................
I want the purple SO bad.

Thanks, I'll check out Kartuz tonight! I have been lusting for the orange Thunbergia they are selling so this may be the impetus to make a purchase.

Any three for $14.50 + shipping is a good deal I would think.
Glad I could be of help

I considered ordering from them too, but after emailing them with a question in november and december and getting no response, I decided I would avoid them.
The Thunbergia Alba is also a grandiflora, here is a link with a picture:

I don't have any pics yet, mine did not bloom last year, it was seed grown & too immature. Hopefully it will be mature enough to bloom this year. I have both T. grandifloras planted together, along with the T. Togoensis, so it will be interesting to see if they bloom at the same time & how they look together.

Well I know email gets lost....and certainly we can all relate to how busy November and December can be. Why not give them another chance/email before writting them off completely..................
