Hawesville, KY(Zone 6a)

This is a certain ethnic floatbed
first you take cattle tank.
Then you fill it .then you buy bulldog fertilizer then dump that in there .
Then you get a small aquarium pump with a air stone or two .
Then comes the tray tobacco dirt and your done and add the seeds.
I tried it on the Brug cuttings super cool.Along with some branches that yall help me identify.
I am in heaven nothing is dead.!!!!!

I've heard of a lot of folks using the pumps and air stones in buckets of water to root the brugs. I haven't tried it yet.

Very cool! I grew up on a tobacco farm, but I've never seen one of those contraptions. Our seeds were planted in a seedling patch and covered up with sort of cold frame, then pulled up and transplanted from a setter/planter.

I have much bigger ones outside when it's warm.
I always plant to much and about kill myself every yr. trying to plant everything I've started. Then they came out with this bigger style it's about 2" openings it'll keep things a lot longer they use to have real small holes.
there are few seeds I have not been able to start this way.
Gets fun when the fish like them too we have a tug a war over who gets the mellons.
