Another old favorite of my family and friends.
Combine in well buttered large saucepan:
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter or oleo 1/4 cup Karo or honey
Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently. Boil 15 minutes or to soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add 1 jar marshmallow cream(5 oz. or 10 oz. container or 1/2 to one large pkg. cut up large marshmallows or 1 pkg minature marshmallows), 1 6 oz. package each butterscotch and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until chips and marshmallows are all melted & well blended. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Push into well buttered 9 X 9 pan and let set until firm. Score when mostly set, then cut into pieces when completely cold. Makes about 2 1/2 lbs.
