Salmon

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

I've made salmon patties 2x in the past couple of weeks. The first time i made them i used a salmon that came in one of those pouch packs...it was clean, but pretty flavorless. Tonight i made the with Double D (?) canned salmon, the flavor was great, but it was GROSS with the skin and bones...took me forever to pick that stuff out. Then i couldnt eat it because i had visions of bones...ugh
My g'friend told me that im supposed to just mash it all in together...nope not me..cant do it.
Does anyone know of a good canned salmon that has good flavor and is clean?
