Also, you can manage catagories by adding or deleting. I don't plan on having some of these. And don't sort my seeds this way so they aren't all neccesary for me. So you can make it custom for you.

An original Seed List:

* Plants (0)
Alpines and Rock Gardens (0)
Annuals (0)
Bonsai (0)
Bulbs (0)
Cacti (0)
Fruits and Vegetables (0)
Herbs (0)
Orchids (0)
Perennials (0)
Ponds and Aquatics (0)
Roses (0)
Shrubs (0)
Succulents (0)
Trees (0)
Tropicals (0)
Vines (0)
Wildflowers (0)

* Seeds (0)
Alpines and Rock Gardens (0)
Annuals (0)
Bonsai (0)
Bulbs (0)
Cacti (0)
Fruits and Vegetables (0)
Herbs (0)
Orchids (0)
Perennials (0)
Ponds and Aquatics (0)
Roses (0)
Shrubs (0)
Succulents (0)
Trees (0)
Tropicals (0)
Vines (0)
Wildflowers (0)

Here's a revised Catagory List (example):

* Plants (15)
Annuals (10)
Perennials (5)

* Seeds (20)
Annuals (3)
Fruits and Vegetables (5)
Herbs (1)
Perennials (3)
Shrubs (3)
Trees (3)
Vines (2)

Here's how to change your catagories:

1. Click on the tab "Trading"

2. Click the link "Manage your own trade lists"

3. Scroll down to "Main Menu:"

4. Select "Manage Categories (Add/Delete categories)"

5. You can click on any category below to drill down and perform actions against that category. Alternatively, skip to the bottom to add a new toplevel category.

6. Click catagory to delete. To add a catagory you will type the name in the box add hit "Submit" To delete, you will be guided to another page. It will then ask...Delete this catagory? When you click the link. The catagory will be deleted.

Hope this helps! Happy Gardening :-D

Using Trade Tracker Really helps!
As soon as I make a trade I eneter it in the trade tracker. Therefore I won't forget. Always ask for the persons email address. Therefore when you mark the trade as "Sent" it will forward them an email. Also when you mark as "Received" it will forward them an email.

Which looks like this:

To: "Person" (personsemail@theiremail.com)
From: "KimGaither" (myemail@myemail.com)

Subject: Your Trade Has Been Sent!

Hello,

Today I have sent your package out to you. I hope you enjoy the trade!

For your reference, the trade was:

I traded: Red Marigolds

For your: Yellow Marigolds

Thanks for the trade, and happy gardening!

KimGaither

How to use TradeTracker:

1. Click on the tab "Trading"

2. Click the link "Use the TradeTracker to manage your trades. "

3. Choose "Add a New Trade"

You will see this: (example)

Total: 72
Not Received: 4
Not Sent: 0
Received and sent: 68
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jump straight to a trade-tracker page:

Your Trade Tracker main page

>Add a new trade

> List trades that you still need to send

> List trades that you have not yet received

>List all finished trades (sent and received)

> List all trades (Finished or not)

> List all trades with special notes

Happy Gardening!
