My daughter bought a container of instant chai (sp?) at a craft show. It was made with Splenda. I thought this would be good to make for my diabetic father and as gifts for the weight watchers at work. I did a search and found lots of recipes but thought maybe someone on this site may have a recommendation of their tried and true recipes.
