December 6th Continued support

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

This is a new thread but the theme is still the same. We need to continue to support each other in this battle against overweight.

I did a few exercises with some small-I think they are 5# ones- yesterday and walked on the treadmill and this morning I am in serious pain in my shoulders and hips. I took a 300 mg. Nurontin at bedtime and again at 5 this morning. That has helped some but the Excedrin also helped. I slept until the phone rang.

Have any of you heard of the 'negative calorie' foods? They are foods that take more calories for the body to digest and process than they have in them. Here is what I have of the list-there are suppose to be over 100 of them. apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemon, mango, oranges, pinapple, raspberries, strawberries, asparagus, beets , green cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, chile peppers, cucumber, endives, garden cress, garlic, green beans, lettuce, onion, papaya, radishes, spinach, turnips and zucchini. There is a diet that uses these foods. I think it is costs about $12 to download the ebook. That means you must use a credit card which I don't have so I can't get one. It is called the Negative Calorie Diet and the website is www.negativecaloriediet.com. I thought some of you might be interested or know about it already and be willing to share what you know and think about it.

GOD bless and keep each and all of you.
