Today my friend Gary made this dish for brunch, served on toasted english muffins. He said the woman he got the recipe from brought it to a party, with scoops and crackers. Went fast. It's on the dry side, rather than soggy, but not too dry.
1 pound artificial crab
2 Tbs. ranch dressing
2 Tbs. french dressing
onion salt, to taste
Montreal (brand) Roasted Garlic Chicken Seasoning (dry) to taste.
Mix well, chill and allow flavors to mingle for an hour. Serve with crackers, scoops, or put on English Muffins for a wonderful brunch.
