I will be making a jello mold in a glass loaf pan and I want to use red jello for one layer , cream cheese (?) or something in the middle and green for the top layer. what goes in the middle? I've seen pictures of this but can't remember where. Anyone help?

I also wanted to make a fresh fruit bowl, and a kind of dip made with marshmallow, sour cream and cream cheese. anyone have this recipe? Thanks so much just wanted to do something different for a change and can't find recipes!
