Hello all Me and my brother In law are starting a tropical nusery, and are looking for seeds to start out with.
I think I have figured out a way to grow banana and elephant ear from seed so I can save money in the short run and have a good variety for our yards lol. The problem is i have found banana seeds at so many different prices from 10 for $8.00 or up to 1000 for $80.00 depending on where you get them. Any way Im looking for seed for elephant ear and anything amorphophallus. does anyone know where i might find a place that sells bulk seed for theese.
Im looking for no less that 100 seeds for each. all different varieties is a plus.
any help would be a plus Thank you

There is a place in South America that sells bulk seeds, I'll see if I can find the link. I had it bookmarked but I'm on a new computer.
Here are some links:
http://www.ecuadorexplorer.com/guaycuyacu/fruits_1.html
http://www.tradewindsfruit.com/order.htm click on their wholesale link and fill out the form.

I still haven't found the one I was looking for but those are a start. Be sure to check when ordering from foreign countries and see if you need an import license and a phytosanitary certificate.
Of the above companies, the only one I've bought from is Tradewinds.
Thank you so much these sites are just what im looking for.
