Daylily 'South Seas'
Hemerocallis
The rich coral color will knock you out!
Daylily 'South Seas'
Wow, just beautifull!!!! I'm so into these right now, I can't wait to get more!
Addictive, aren't they? All colors & a multitude of shapes and so easy to grow....
I've only grown the evergreen ones down South and here before, so now I'm going to start buying new varieties, so pretty, not sure if some will do well in our zone!
Try the semi-evergreen. I grow all 3 types up here, but some of the weaker evergreens die out in a harsh winter. And some make it.
Ya, mine are not looking real good right now, we've had a little bit of frost, but I thinks will come back, down South they were green and bloomed all year!
If you get frost, you are cold enough to grow ALL the daylily types! Have fun choosing---
Thanks, I will, summers here can get up to aroung 100F, I can't wait
We get 90+ for a few weeks most summers & winters way below zero. With a little mulching, most of the daylilies thrive.
just thinking about your weather gave me chills, lol, Annie
