A couple of years ago I caught an episode of MS where she had one of her good friends on who did most of the cooking. This woman had a full time job and didn't cook from scratch at all. She made things like ham where she took a fully cooked ham, opened a can of pineapples and a container of cherries and used toothpicks to connect them together. I think the only other seasoning she used was brown sugar. At any rate, I would love to find "pantry" recipes where you just open this and that and in a few minutes a whole meal is produced.
I know all you great cooks can do that naturally, but I'm just awful about cooking. Any ideas where I can go to find what I'm looking for?
