I am looking for recipe of crawfish etoufee. I know I am full blooded cajun but never been cooking the crawfish etoufee before. LOL.. I see there are some way to cook the etoufee. So what is your way to cook the etoufee.. Please post it. I like to try somebody's different way to cook the etoufee..
