Vegetable Beef Soup
Slice roast or any kind of meat you prefer so it will cook easily. When the meat has cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours on medium low; then let cool and cut into bite size pieces.
Save juices in pan and add one can of stewed tomatoes and one can chicken broth with roasted garlic, plus one can of water, add one healthy size onion; cut into healthy sized pieces, 1/4 head green cabbage; cut into healthy bite size pieces, 2-3 stalks celery; sliced, 5-6 carrots; diced, about 2 cups brocolli; cut into bite sized pieces, 1 cup cauliflower; cut into bite sized pieces, 1 yellow squash; sliced into quarters, 1 zucchini; sliced into quarters, 1 Tab. italian seasoning.
