Where have you been? As you see my little track of land has been turned into hummerland. This guys wings are so loud that this morning I heard him outside the window.They sound like the vibration mode on a cell phone, only really loud.

I get my new camera tomorrow. Canon 300D with a Canon 70- 200mm USM f4.0 L series and a Canon 100mm USM f2.8 Macro(for bugs and buds) and a Sandisk 1GB Ultra II CF card. That's for fast burst shooting and faster writes. That should liven things up around the old backyard!
