Sweaters for dogs of all sizes

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

Hey, Everyone!

As always, I know you will not disappoint me! My daughter in Seattle is about to buy a rather "Fu--FU", all organic Pet Shop. I am helping her out by taking out a Home Equity Loan to get her "Small Business Loan". LIke I have money!!!!! But....We parents have to do where our heart leads us. She is SO excited and full of ideas!!! Besides, I will be an "Investor" in her business...

I know how to knit. An obvious add-on is that Seattle is a very Yuppie town and people there will spend a lot of $$$$ for their precious pets. Just thought I would help.

I have boxes and boxes of yarn and, as time permits, would'nt mind knitting some for her. I hear some hand-knit sweaters for pets can sell for hundreds of $$$!!! HEY!!!!!.....:-)))

Question:

Do any of you know of any sites that would actually have directions on how to knit doggie sweaters of all different sizes? Especially small sizes. I think Chiuavas (SP?) get colder a lot sooner than Pit Bulls. In the craft stores, you can buy beautiful "Teddy Bear Sweaters" for $1.99. The right size for petite dogs, but I think the sleeves need to be a lot lower on a dog than on a teddy bear.

If you have any actual directions I could print out----GIVE!!!!

Thanks in advance! I will be checking this post every day! Gitagal
