Ewww! This morning dawned with a light layer of snow on the ground and snowing like crazy!!! Supposed to turn to rain later today. Hurry rain, hurry!!! Ahh, but we all knew it wa coming...eventually. Just wish eventually could have been another 6 weeks down the road and only last 2 weeks!!! Hah, what a dream!

Just kidding...she says with tongue in cheek, I'm glad you are finally settling down and drying out down there is Texas. I have a Stepson who lives in Midland, TX and he tells us y'all have had a "strange" fall this year. Nice to hear you are getting lovely weather again.
Midland is a whole nuther country, 600 miles West of here. We have had a normal, unusual fall here. It's not too bad. More bad stuff on the way, they say.

Ewww, that sucks, huh? Did your part of the State get all that rain we heard about, or is that the bad stuff that's comin'? Listen, if you get too "fed-up" with rain, we can always send you some SNOW ! Oops, spoke too soon. It's stopped up here, sun trying to shine, and looks like it's starting to melt already. Whoo Hoo! We got 8.5 inches last week, 4.5 inches this week. More coming, but great right this minute!

Saskatchewan has been not too bad lately, mainly sunny with daytime temps hovering between +3 and +12C. I'm sure it's not going to stay nice much longer tho'. Donna send your weather down to Texas please.....we don't want it here. ;)

Yesterday was a damp, miserable day here in Ottawa-Gatineau... As we drove over the bridge from Gatineau to Ottawa on the way to work, it looked like all of Ontario had disappeared into a fog bank! (and, how can you go to work if the province is gone...;-)
It was very foggy yesterday evening as well. Kind of reminded you of the old gaslight movie scenes set in London.
Today it's sunny, clear and beautiful. Go figure. Well, the overwintering geranium will be happy!

Must be the trend, Shannon. Yesterday I posted that it was a lousy snowy day and by noon the skies cleared and the snow melted by afternoon. This morning, it's 6 degrees celsius already and we are promised sunshine today. Whoo Hoo! I have to work today, but that's OK 'cause TGIF!
Yeah, Donna - TGIF!! I never thought I'd be spending most of my career looking forward to the weekend, but many of today's workplaces are so unhealthy, mentally and physically. I'd much rather be home all day digging in the dirt! :-)
