Last time I saw these they were expensive. Have they gotten easier to find and less expensive to purchase...?

They are awesome.... I wanted one so bad......

Just release to the public this year.

Still expensive and will probably stay that way for a couple of years. I see they're still getting 11-15$ for a single rhizome of Canna 'Tropicana' which has been out for several years.

You'll be able to find them again in spring in many local nurseries since they are being grown/distributed by Monrovia. You could also order from Wayside Gardens (where I ordered my first ones last winter as soon as I read about them).

It's not known yet whether they'll come true from seed.

If you want another really cool echinacea, you've got to get face-to-face with Razzamatazz.
The pictures are great but it was even more stunning when it bloomed in the garden and stopped any visitors in their tracks.

So .....what color is razzamazz?!!!!! Love the orange and chocolate...very nice.....

It's pink but you've never seen anything like this. The first and I think only doubleflowered cone. It's really neat to watch the bloom develop each day as the dome grows and the skirt gets longer. Here's a shot from Wayside's web site. I've got a prettier shot of my own at home.

delphinium46 ? You a delph fan? How about larkspurs? Love love love 'em

btw, Orange and this one are both 19.95 for a 4" pot on Wayside. Bet they stay like that for 2-3 years or longer if they don't self-seed true to color.

Thanks for the pictures, wow, I ordered two Meadowbrites from Jackson and Perkins this fall. They were a bit spendy. The starts were pretty small too. Have to keep my fingers crossed they winter through.

Sorry so late in answering....thanks for all the kind comments.
vs70199 - I got the plant from Wayside for a fortune this spring...had to have it, so I splurged. It was a marvel and grew and bloomed like crazy even though it was still immature. The sad thing is the plant is no longer with me as it succumbed to a vole. Eaten off below ground level. Tap root gone! I would really like to replace it. Next time it goes in a cage!
Sorry handhelpers....none to share , or for me :( As 8ftbed says, still too rare to be cheap, and not likely propagated from seed as it is a hybrid.
8ft....have never seen Razmataz in person...maybe next year.
