Deke - our 14 year old cat has been on her last legs recently - but we are divided about if her quality of life is so poor that she needs to go to that big cat litter pan in the sky (no poop of course) - sometimes she acts almost normal but most of the time she is clearly uncomfortable.

How do you tell if they are suffering a lot. She has feline herpes pretty bad
