1 Lb. Maryland Lump Crabmeat
Combine:
1 Egg - beaten
2 TBSP. Mayonaisse
1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
Dash of Worchestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Pour over crabmeat and toss to blend. Take large spoonful and
roll in 4 Oz. of Crushed Butter Crackers.
Fry in 1/4 inch of very hot oil in frying pan.
Makes 4 large crabcakes.
