Ok........ this may sound silly to those of you residing in a paradise where your Hoyas live outside, but here goes. Mine live inside only (too cold in winter, too hot and dry in summer). When they bloom, the ants come in and go crazy for the honeydew dripping from the flowers. I always thought my hummies would be in NIRVANA if I placed my blooming hoyas outside in the shade in the afternoon for them. Do any of you feed hummies with your hoyas?

Hoyas and Hummingbirds?
I have feeders hanging all over outside and this pass summer they only went to my hoya's bypassing the feeders and at times it was unbelievable just how many there was, fighting for flowers.they were even coming close to me,it was like I wasn't even there.I think this next spring, summer will have more. They are so cute, not only them but butterflys as well.I think I can retire my feeders next year.
