Balsamic Vinagrette dressing

Does anyone have a good recipe for this kind of dressing? I found one that I really like at the grocery store-Maple Grove Farms of Vermont is the brand name. At $2.19 for a 12 oz. bottle it gets kinda pricey since we eat alot of salads. I do like this one particular one because it is low carb, no sugars, and 0 calories. I'd like to make my own; tho I realize I probably can't get a recipe that is those kind of numbers. TIA.
