Hi cochise, That looks like an Exotic Angel plant. I think it is Hoya brevialata.
Some people will say that is it is Hoya incurvula (which has simular leaves).
My friend bloomed hers and compared to the type specimens of both plants and concluded it is Hoya brevialata.

I've been seeing several of those around here too!
Those were the exact same two EA plants I got from Starter Bros. grocery store in the spring. I was just SO jazzed when I found them there. I have never found ANY EA (or other) hoyas in Lowes or Home Depots like others do, so finding them in a grocery store just amazed me. Ha.

PS: I left them in the EA soil, but water them infrequently (I lift the pot to see when it gets light (But I don't let them go completely dry). They are doing fine. The kentiana bloomed all summer. Beautiful plant!
