Our bodybuilding competition was yesterday, Nov. 6th. Here is a photo of me and the Spouse together. I got first in my age class (50-59) and Spouse got 2nd in the same age class for men. His class was big, 8 guys in it, so he was VERY happy to have just made the cut for top 5, let alone placing 2nd in the class! We will celebrate as soon as we have a rainy day and go to Pizza Hut's noon buffet.
