Well, I had a rather nonproductive day yesterday as far as farming is concerned and today will be pretty much the same really.
After feeding here is over to the brother's house to feed while they are at a family reunion somewhere up there in da north country. We are invaluable to each other as far as that goes, or neither of us would ever be able to go anywhere I think.
Have any of you cattle people used the fly spray-wormer that you just put on the back of cattle? Can't believe that stuff works. Someone was telling me about it. I have given my calves wormer shots and sprayed their backs for flies , but this stuff sounds interesting. but I sure wouldn't want to get it on my hands. or maybe I wouldn't have to be wormed this year. hmmm??
I HAVE to get my fruit trees planted today. We are expecting rain and since they were bargain trees I think they are way past due.
