Buttercup Squash

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I have a bunch of these squash.

I cut the top off, clean the guts out, put some butter and brown sugar inside, replace the top, and then bake. My family loves them prepared this way, but I'm getting bored with it.

With so many to get used up, I'd love to hear how everyone else makes their winter squash.
