Need help delete'g old ISP

I changed ISP and now I can't uninstall MSN, I get this message:

We're sorry cannot continue this wizard. You may have been disconnected form the internet.
Make sure you are connected to the internet, and then try running the wizard again.


I have never had this problem before uninstalling programs.
