Overwintering Brugs

Tremont, IL(Zone 5b)

I brought 3 of my brugs in today. Is there anything special I need to do to them this winter?

It probably depends on where you are keeping them. Temps, light, etc. Cool temps and little light means less water. Watch closely for spider mites and aphids. The main thing is DON'T overwater.

Good luck.

I have them in the main bathroom, which faces South, so they get some sun. I just noticed that Isabel has 2 new buds forming. It's supposed to get down to 28 degrees tonight outside, so it's a good thing I brought them in.

I did have a problem with the spider mites last spring before I was able to put them outside & continued to have problems for quite some time. I got a systemic that I'm hoping will help with the spider mites. I'm also trying to remember to mist them several times a week.
