Well there are times when I wonder why DH puts up with me. LOL Last Monday he spent about 4 hours moving brugs from home to an empty room at work. Whew.....good thing we only live about 5 mins from work. Here is his first trip.....
The move....
Oh my -- lucky you that you have room for them there! I was getting ready to cut all mine today, and found that we're getting another warm spell next week, so I'm waiting. We've had a light frost every day for the past 3 or 4 and they are all still blooming! Very interesting...
You are lucky to have room for them for the winter. Wish I did. Sure could save me a lot of work and maybe I'd have more blooms.
By the way Brin, you must have a great husband to help you with you brugs like he does.
Brugie i have a large empty warm basemen wanna borrow some space :)
Thanks girls! And yes, Shirl....he is a great husband. I'm sure he has those fleeting thoughts about how he got himself into this, but for the most part he loves the brugs too. He just isn't so obsessed! LOL
Isn't is a beautiful day today? OK....off to watch the game!
If I ever let my DH drive off with my brugs I would never see them again. He hates them! And I do not blame him, they are all over. Only an obsessed person would love them at this point!
Brinda, are you letting that room stay cold so they go to sleep?
Kell, if you would have asked me that question yesterday I would have said yes. But today our high was 80+* and just beautiful. They are in rooms with west facing windows so they get plenty of sun today. I don't plan to heat the room at all....what are you suggestions? Do you think they will be ok in a room with west windows and no heat? I figure the lows will be around 40*.
You know what??? My DH knows if he ran off with my brugs that he best not come home. LOL Are you telling me that one day he will be like Tom? I've only had this obsession for a little over a year now! LOL
Best of luck with your move!
