Another seedling is blooming for the first time:

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Unfortunately I lost the tag on this one. I think I can figure out what it is from the way it looks, but since I don't know for sure, it wouldn't be fair to guess. Anyway, she's very pretty: ivory blooms tinged with peach. totally different from anything else that I have.

Oh I just love that look. I wonder if it will darken. I hope not.

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

It might darken -- everything is very pale compared to summer colors right now. I was shocked when I saw it a little while ago. I thought it was going to be another white LOL! Thanks to your contest, I was out poking around... Thanks, Kell!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Cool. I hope it stays just like it is now. I'm not big on suaveolens blooms, but this one is really pretty.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Well, it can darken but only at the edges! LOL. A peach picotee brug!

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Very pretty ... like the coloring! WTG!

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Thank you all -- I like her just because she's different. And, I agree with Kell. If she's to get any darker, I'd love it to stay just around the edges.

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

Very nice! How's her smell?

Oh my...I've been so busy trying to get all my babies into GH, I haven't been keeping on top of things here... Thank you ladies! And, I honestly never went out after dark to sniff this one LOL! She was in an outta the way place, and I kept forgetting about her, poor thing! I took a nice big cutting of her, so we'll see what she does next summer.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Good name. picturelady!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

OK, i will bite. What is Swiss meringue?

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

Gretchen mentioned it looked like swiss meringue and I had to look it up!

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Thank you ladies! Swiss meringue are those yummy meringue shells that hold dessert confections. They're crispy as opposed to pie meringue which is soft. I grew up on it, although I haven't had any in a long time. Anyway, I think its divine!

PS You can also shape it into little pressed cookies.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh thanks Margie. Very interesting!!

Gretchen, make me some swiss meringue cookies! LOL

Needville, TX(Zone 9a)

Another pretty Gretchen!! :o)

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Thank you Pam :)

Kell, ya never know what's liable to get whipped up in my kitchen! Although, I'm on South Beach right now, I bet those cookies aren't too deathly because there's no flour in them. Plus I bet you could use the new Spenda baking mix and they'd be pretty good.
