I recently chose to move my plants out in the garage (50-60 degrees right now) to go dormant. Is it ok to leave them completely without light to go dormant? Or is this too extreme? They've been out there for a few days now. I really don't have a better spot and our basement is heated and usually atleast 68 degrees.
Winter Dormancy
They dont need light but the garage has to be absolutely frost free. The basement with 68F would also be a good winter quarter.
