Seeds for SASE

Provo, UT(Zone 5b)

I have bubble mailers , just need postage, 49 cents should do it unless you want alot of seeds, then it's about 1.00.
2004

Out-Bells of Ireland
6 Lily seed (These are a white trumpet lily , maybe easter lily?, I have a couple of badly taken pics if you'd like to see)
3 Blue Flax
10 Obedient Plant -White
5 Scabiosa (Mixed purple/blue)
4 Globe Candytuft - White
Out- Sea Holly (Eryngium alpinum)
10 Love in a Mist (Nigella) -White
10 Blue Butterfly Delphiunium
2 White Dianthus
6 Plains Coreopsis Red/Yellow Flowers
4 Plains Coreopsis Red flowers but occasionally a streak of yellow shows up.
Lots of Russian Sage seeds if someone can confirm that the fuzzy things are what you plant ?!

2003 seeds, these should still be viable but I can't promise anything....
8 Columbine Red/Yellow flowers
3 Jacob's Ladder (polemonium)
5 Orange Wallflower
5 Cornflower (bachelor buttons) in pink, blue, light purple, dark purple
LOTS of Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) Red, pink/yellow, white

If someone can post/email me a picture of viable Gerbera Daisy seed, I have some Red and Orange. I just don't know if what I saved is actual viable seed (it's fresh-Oct of 2004).I'm trying to grow some out but that may take awhile ...

P.S.
If anyone has Thunbergia Alata seed and/or other fun tropical seeds I would love to trade. :)

Plant_Madness (Cris); I would like these seeds please:

Russian Sage seeds - (Salvia) This link can help you to find the seeds for them:
Images of Seedpods, Seeds and Seedlings
http://theseedsite.co.uk/db19.html

Russian Sage seeds
Bells of Ireland
Sea Holly (Eryngium alpinum)
Scabiosa (Mixed purple/blue)
Blue Butterfly Delphiunium
White Dianthus
Plains Coreopsis Red flowers
Orange Wallflower
Blue Flax
Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) Red, pink/yellow, white, yellow
Gerbera Daisy seed - you can send a whole head, I'll look for the seeds.

I'm supposing that the seeds from the Gerbera Daisy are the same for all in the Aster family.
They lie in the dried heads, and mostly can be found only when the seedheads are completely dry.
They should be at the bottom, close to the head. What color depends on the color of the center of the flower head; sometimes yellow, black, green, or red. I will send you an SASBE. Found your addy in the 'Extras.'

Thanks,
~* Robin

Edited to say that I only have the regular old fashioned black eyed susans.

The Russian sage I have is actually Perovskia. I can't find ANYTHING on it that says or shows what the seed actually is. I don't have any heads from the Gerberas, I have what was left in the bottom of the can after I shook it well. There are little tufts like dandelion seed. But I don't know if these are viable 'tufts' or not. I ripped apart the leftover part of the head and didn't find anything like a seed.

New York & Terrell, TX(Zone 8b)

Ok Cris, the seeds of the Perovskia = There is no seedpod. Seeds are at the bottom of the open calyx. Seeds are dark brown, woody. 4 seeds in a calyx. (They may not be visible to your eyes.) Or they could've fallen out by now, they may look like dark beige. I know how it is with the red bee balm; they seeds are so miniscule!= exasperration! I only saw them in a 20x's magnifier! Rather to plant the whole papery pod.

Have you ever opened an:
Ox-Eye Daisy, Field Daisy, Marguerite, Moon Daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare)
http://davesgarden.com/pdb/go/1903/index.html//
Or a:
German Chamomile, Scented Mayweed (Matricaria recutita)
http://davesgarden.com/pdb/go/291/index.html//

They look like they have no seeds either, but at the very bottom, after the petals fall of there are some little tiny things that are the seeds. They are not much to look at, never the less they are there.
I hope this helps you. That's why I said to send me a head; I will look fro them myself.

I will send you some German Chamomile. I hope I can find a solid, whole head, as when they get dry the seeds fall off of the head rather fast. Maybe there is one still left outside. I'll see in the morn', ok.

This is a google search of Perovskia images:

New York & Terrell, TX(Zone 8b)

Thank you, thank you for all of the wonderful seeds you sent, I can't tell you when I received them 'cause I've just gotten to some packages that were sent a long time ago. I found the very tiny; tear shaped seeds, in the bottoms of those fuzzy, fluffy, wooly things you sent to me. Luckily you saved them. There were 2 seeds in with the other stuff (chaff, I think) that I found. The aroma from the fluff stuff is just delightful! Mmmm!

I planted the ones the I took out, 7 in all; but I can feel the seeds in the other calyx(s-?). There is only one seed in each.
