'Jolly Bee' is identical to 'Rozanne'. Here is a picture of one I have growing labelled 'Rozanne'.
(I know this has been discussed on Dave's Garden already.)

thanks for that info, I am not up on, who is what. But now I know, these two are the same.

I would like to say that the two have minimal differences. I agree the flowers are identical, but I've noticed in trials that the Jolly Bee does sprawl a little more, and the fall color appears sooner on the Rozanne. There are claims that Jolly Bee is a little taller as well. I don't neccesarily agree with that claim. The other one in the mix is 'Buxton's Variety' which is also very close. In the mad world of who can introduce this plant first, I think the breeding is being done on similar plants. Therefore similar crosses and similar cultivars will then occur.
