I have never sent out of the USA, has anyone else? If so can you tell me the requirements if there are any?

Vickie, the requirements are those of the recieving country I believe.
Go to the USDA APHIS website to get started and search for phytosanitary certificates or exporting seeds/plants. You can also call the APHIS office in your state.
I do know that many have sent/received plants/seeds overseas and have had no problems
even without the proper paperwork. Not that I recommend it-we don't want to be sending something they don't want (just as we don't wnat some overseas stuff here either!!
