I'ts Halloween!!!!

I bought 3 large pumpkins and scraped/carved them tonight. I would like to roast the seeds, more or less as an experiment. I already rinsed them clean and they are now in my fridge. How long can they stay there b/f I roast them? I will not get to them until 3 days from now. Will that be OK?

What are the steps in roasting Pumpkin Seeds so I can munch on them ? Is it worth the effort? I know you can buy them in bags at the grocery store, but I wanted to try to do my own.
