Paridise, you say "easily rooted"... I tried for 3 years to root cuttings from mine... spring, summer, fall... and all failed. I've been successful at rooting other things... so what's the secret?

darius, Patience-LOL Well, all I did was stip down the lower leaves and continually changed the water, checked the bottoms for any sign of soggy rot or anything and waited.
Hope this helps,**Never used rooting powder or anything just straight town water from here-Ottawa river at that...LOL
