Now what? It's a peach-blooming NOID, and of good size (I guess)...about 8 inches long. Is it best/easiest to root in potting soil or water? Inside, outside? I truly need some basic how-to advice....I'd like to grow this lovely plant, and see what the "addiction" is all about! lol

COMPLETE newcomer to Brugs. Just received a cutting by trade
I have the best luck starting them in water (change water daily) until they form white bumps (lenticels) and then transplanting to a 50/50 mix of perlite and potting soil. Here are some useful links:

Im sure you will do great Kathleen! They really are quite easy. I found this time of year is a little harder for me here in z5 tho.
HEY!! Wasnt BGI .org?? I clicked on the link and was set back that it was BGI. Wow some change!
Thanks, Tom & Shelly! I did take my cutting back OUT of mix (smile) and put it into a bottle of water. Have been changing it like you said, Tom, and it already has the lenticels forming! I looked into the sites that you posted, and great info! I'm really looking forward to seeing this brug grow!
