Vicki,

I'm not familiar with it....can I keep it contained, or does it like to go crazy and take over like some pond plants. My koi pond (which I will be putting into the ground this weekend) is only about 4' wide. My poor koi have been living in a large pot for a year!!!! If you think I can keep it potted, on a shelf in my pond I would love a piece! Please let me know if you would like postage or a trade, and what things you're interested in!

thanks! Karen :~D

Hi Karen
Yes water celery will spread like wild fire if you dont pot it up. If you just throw it in water it will grow, so I would advise if you want some to pot it up. It gets a white flower and has a sorta smell like celery. It is very pretty I think and does help oxengenate the water. So if you decide you want some let me know ok.

If it happens to be hardy in zone 5, meaning I wouldn't have to overwinter it indoors. I'd be happy to send postage for some. lmk,
Thanks,
