I grew out the same cross (by Terry McCloud, I think) and mine hasn't turned pink yet! It's still light yellow!! I REALLY wanted a beautiful pink one just like yours.....WAAaaa! If mine doesn't turn pink very soon...it's headed for the compost pile!

I'm quite happy with this one!!! I have air-layered her in an attempt to take the whole plant. If it doesn't root before frost, I'm just going to treat her as a giant cutting. Her canopy is just too small to cut on that this point. Here is a picture I took about 30 minutes ago:

Shelly, yes you can -- I think you can see the influence of both...I have PB in full bloom right now and this one is the same color, just a couple of shades darker. And, she didn't lose her shape in the heat (90's) today!!! I'm wondering what she'll look like tomorrow...
Sherry -- it really is! I think pretty much every one that grew this out for the hybridizers that did this cross, got some pretty nice looking seedlings. Lots of look-alikes, but as long as everyone doesn't try to name them...Personally, I'm looking forward to just having this one in my garden, as she's not the prettiest from this cross, so she won't be named.
