Seeds to trade

Wauconda, IL

Hello all,

Here is my seed exchange list. As you can tell, I am really interested in native plants. However, as I have to keep my front yard kind of neighbor friendly, there are non-natives I'm interested in, too! White Marigolds? Those little cherry red Nasturtiums? Blackberry Swirl Hollyhocks? Eyeball plant (Spilanthes)? I'm interested in unusual non-native annuals or perennials that are hardy in zone 5, also! Surprise me!

All of the native plants are NE Illinois/SE Wisconsin genotype, if that makes a difference.

Seed will be cleaned of chaff if I can manage it...My left hand doesn't work too well, and it's hard for me to deal with small seeds. Milkweeds...forget it, you get the fuzz and the seed! LOL! If you're totally anti-chaff, then you probably shouldn't trade with me.

When seed is ready, there will be an asterisk by it! Updated 10/28/04. The native plants are all NE Illinois genotypes, or SE Wisconsin genotype.

I assume you only had one trade for the (Ligularia "The Rocket") and that "quick-draw" KimGaither beat me to it. But I did want some if you happen to find a seed or two that fell on the floor while cleaning!!!

I would also be interested in the following:
Large Flowered Beardtongue
Cosmos...tall dark pink/red/light pink

Please check out my trade list at http://davesgarden.com/trading/edit/viewbystatus.php?status=33652

Hi, would love some large flowered beardtongue. I have several varieties of toad lily and some others if not interested in those. Brenda

Ripley, MS

I would like to ask why you would want to do away with the black hollyhock, and is it really black or just a very dark red??
I will send a e-mail with some things I might have to trade if it is black.
Thank you
Sandra
