Okay, got one of these so I won't ever lose anything, now how do I use it. If it is not connected but on auto download, it downloads to my current hard drive. I haven't hooked it up yet and changed the setting off of auto download. Now, how do I back up my entire drive and then just add changes, do I need their program?
Help, dummy here with a new external drive!
