Each year I go to my mom's house in Kentucky. We go on a annual hike 10.5 mile hike at Cumberland Falls state park. On one of those trips three years ago I rescued two kittens from a barn and flew them back to NJ with me. I returned from that same trip yesterday. Later in the evening I let the cats outside. Diggy never leaves the yard. When I went to let them back in, no Diggy. I called and called. When he didn't come, I new something happened. I got in my car and found him on the road. I can't imagine why he went so far. My heart is breaking for him. We buried him at 11 p.m. Please keep him in your thoughts today. I'll miss him so much. Thanks for letting me get this out. I'm trying to pull myself together so I can tell the kids.
