Smells and taste like grapefruit.
I crossed it with incarnata, but a bee might have gotten to it first, with belotti, which was also in bloom at that time.

Coral Seas fruit
wow I have never seen anything like this, very interesting
very strong grapefruit fragrance too.
I don't know, Don. I think you might have done it with P. incarnata. I noticed that my P. belotii flowers have no pollen whatsoever. Do yours have pollen? It should be fun to see what those babies produce!
Clare,my belotti's are loaded with pollen, more so than even caerula!
Belotti was what I was using on lady maragret,I only got 2 seeds, which I've planted and am waiting for them to germinate.
That is so funny! Very interesting. Maybe some P. belotti's have pollen and some don't! Good luck on those P. Lady Margaret seeds. I can't wait to see what you get out of those. That should be one beautiful flower, I would think.
Thanks,I'd be satisfied for a fragrance!!!
Just hope they germinate, been 2 weeks nothing yet!
Don, I bet they will germinate, but they do take a while. Most of my passiflora seeds came up right around 60 days. P. morifolia was the only one to come up right away, but the others took longer.
Ok will wait!!!Like I have a choice!! LOL Yep the morifola comes up really quick!
Are they very soft soft,I have some that are similiar and are very soft was wondering the same thing.
