I bought some annual seeds very early in the season (2004) but never planted them due to morning sickness with my pregnancy. Are they still going to be good for next Spring or should I just bunk em and buy new? They've been stored in a closet at normal room temp, mostly dark. Varieties broadly ranging... from poppies to gomphrena. Thanks.
How long do annual seeds last???
Sounds like you stored them well enough, I would say yes they probably are worth a try, most seeds will do well for a little over a year, anyway, it's worth trying - better than pitching!!! I have successfully planted Malva's, poppies, etc. that is much older than even a year old with great success.
Thanks Breezy!
