They emerge hinting at sweet promises of pink with long tendrils

Then disaster strikes at my heart as they stop emerging and the skirt flares up. The corolla being too small to be in good proportion with the calyx.

The next morning the pinwheel of pink rekindles my interest and lifts my spirit.

The size of the calyx is gorgeous. I am sure, that next summer, the flower will emerge.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Beautiful! If you don't want it, I'm sure we all here would like to have it.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

You are so enthusiatic Gloria. You must have tons of hot pinks of your own. Fess up. Lets see some pics!! LOL

I sent you some seeds that will get you some great pinks if what I have gotten are any reflection! In fact, I sent out tons of crosses in the summer that should get all the recipients some nice pinks just like all of mine and a few got some seeds that have made the triple torti and triple peach! I held no seeds out!

I have a few others I will post as I get my pics sorted.

Brookhaven, PA(Zone 6b)
