I am having friends over for din din tomorrow. 8 of us. I am fixing Paula Deens pot roast, from foodtv. I will cook this in my big domed electric skillet rather then the slow cooker as her recipe suggests. What temp do I cook this on for the 6-8 hours? It is a great recipe; uses canned soup for you non-blue blood cooks and chardonney wine. a great recipe.
