One of my Gerbera Daisies.

Isn't she pretty. She bloomed all summer next to my pond, and now I have moved this coral colored baby along with an antique pink Gerbera in for the winter, they are still blooming like crazy. When they are finished in a month or so, I'll put them in the basement with my other overwinters, to have a little snooze.

Something I wonder about. How come when I post photos or thumbnails, I get that copyright message from Dave's Garden over part of the picture? I notice others that are posted don't????

Beautiful gerbera! Are they hard to keep alive in the basement? I lose most of my geraniums in the basement because it's too warm. Wish I had a better place to put them.

You can change your copyright by clicking on 'my info', then, bottom of the first box, click on 'manage my perferences', then on 'copyrights'. Hope that helps. :)

Thank you kooger. I appreciate your help. All fixed now.

I have had success in the past wintering gerberas in the basement. I say in the past, as I am now in a new home and the basement is finished, and hopefully, not too insulated. I have several geraniums down there to, so I'm crossing my fingers

I put nine down last year and saved 3. This year I'm trying them on the main floor in an unused bedroom window. Hope to have better success this winter.

Good luck, kooger. They are go gorgeous, and seem to get bigger, healthy and prettier the older they get.
