There is a new forum and a request has been put out for people to take pictures of their favorite public gardens (private ones too with owner's permission). This forum is for gardens worldwide and I know we have more than a few treasures that people would love to see posted there. If the garden has a hyperlink they would appreciate that it also be included in your posting.

Oh, we just have to include our world renowned Butchart Gardens. Anyone have some good photos? Linda, Glenda or Yumiko? I know there are plenty of good websites available too.

No camping there, but there's other campgrounds around, and lots of B&Bs.

Me and my MIL made a trip from Portland Or. about 12 years ago to the Butchart Gardens. That is the most beautiful place to go. I am sure since we were there is has even gotten better. Of course back then I wasn't into gardening like I am now. I will have to go dig out all my pictures and bring back some fond memories. Please do post some pictures and e-mail me when you do so I will be able to see them.
